This protocol, which sets out the actions to prevent, detect, investigate, and solve situations of harassment at work, of whatever type, also represents a commitment by the company to totally eradicate these behaviours and to guarantee the health of the people who suffer these situations.
Likewise, the protocol establishes the actions and responsibilities of the entities that must intervene in the resolution of these situations and ensures the plurality of interventions to guarantee an adequate treatment in the assessment of each of the actions, respecting the most appropriate methodology in each case, according to the general principles of this protocol.
This protocol was developed by the human resources division and the representatives of the company's employees. The company's prevention delegates have subsequently reviewed it, giving their approval. This is a commitment by Grup Viñas to achieve respect for all employees and a good working environment.
